1. Services and estimates

Arif Shine Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer and may be adjusted when the actual condition, size or scope of the space differs materially from that information.

2. Scheduling and access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location. Delays or inability to access the premises may result in rescheduling or a reasonable cancellation charge disclosed before booking.

3. Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible when changing an appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling fee will be communicated during booking and will comply with applicable law.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please secure valuables, identify fragile or sensitive items, disclose known hazards, and keep children and pets safely away from active work areas.

5. Satisfaction concerns

Contact us promptly if you believe an agreed service was missed. We will review the concern in good faith and determine an appropriate response, which may include a return visit when reasonable.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the services provided.
